Jill (the dogs name) is a Brussels Griffon.

Lives with trainer Mathilde DeCagny as well as the Jack Russels Enzo and Moose. Both dogs are better known as Eddie on the TV show "Frasier", and Skip in the movie "My Dog Skip".

Just thought I would mention - the Brussels/Belgian Griffon is the one in the movie, but you could also look into a Cairn Terrier - they look alot like the Brussels.
