There are a number of ways to lose weight fast, and most have already been mentioned. But it's not healthy, and shouldn't be attempted. The best way to guarentee that the weight you'll lose stays off, is to diet healthily, and sure it may take 2 months, and you only lose 10-15 lbs and you're like wtf this is taking too long. But it's healthy, and should stay off that way.

Make a plan, with the proper nutritional values of course, and be consistant, cut down on portion sizes, and exercise anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half daily. You should eat a small breakfast, say 2-3 cups cereal with 1 and a half cup milk. Lunch should be the biggest meal of the day, maybe a glass of milk, 2-3 cups soup, and 2 pieces of bread. I'm not a nutrionist, or a doctor, so you should consult a doctor or nutrionist, for bullet proof advice. Or at least look around the web for some healthy dieting sites.

All of the answers you have been given,,,fasting, pills, liposuction, stomach bands, etc. sounds really good, but the only way to quickly lose weight and be around to show and enjoy it is by diet and exercise! Losing weight is a change of 'mind-set' not of "fast techniques". That is why when the quick techniques are
over, the wait comes back. These 'off and on again' diets affect your heart and as you become older it will show up. So the only fast diet I can recommend is the slow diet and exercise one under a qualified doctor's care. Good luck!

Exercise and a good diet. It's not a fast way, but it is the BEST.

Choose a whole-wheat wrap instead of two slices of wheat loaves of bread.

When making cookies, bake half the batch and scoop the others into ice-cube trays. When ones sweet tooth kicks in, pop out one and bake it in order to meet your craving without breaking your calorie bank.

Salt causes bloating and butter is loaded with calories, so flavor pasta, a pot of soup, meat, and stews with fresh herbs, garlic, and onions instead.
