It depends on your frame, amount of muscle, how healthy you are, if you are eating properly or not. The height and weight index says 125 is your ideal weight. Only you and your doctor can really determine this. My guess is if you are looking to us to tell you how much you should weigh concerns me and leads me to think that you are too thin. Your a young woman, go out there and enjoy your life don't worry about your weight or how people view you, there's always going to be someone telling you're too skinny or too fat no matter your weight. I used to be obsessed with being skinny and even when I was 85lbs I had other girls tell me I had a fat rolls. I'm 5'3 with a long and lean body type rather than stocky and have a good metabolism but never realized that until a couple of years ago when my husband notice I exercise allot and eat small meals. He asked me if I was worried about being/getting fat. With his love and support I've been able to relax Now I'm more concerned with eating healthy, being happy and don't bother with a scale anymore. Why weigh yourself if you feel good and your clothes still fit the same- it just gets you crazy for nothing! Please learn from my experiences and not worry about what people think! Take care!

at first, do no longer pay attention to all of us telling you to get lower back to a hundred and forty. that may no longer unavoidably a healthful weight the two, and the time-honored public are unhappy at that weight. the final element we want is so you might hate your self lower back. being healthful does no longer advise being pudgy. this is a mistake people working with those with ingesting problems many times make. lower back, are you kidding me? i'm 5'5" and at one hundred and five pounds there have been concerns approximately me being too skinny. audrey hepburn, the itty-bitty skinny-mini, became 5'7" and 103. so being 5'10 and one hundred and five makes you notably thinner than maximum supermodels; they're purely about all one hundred twenty or so. yet weight relies upon on muscle and build, remember. i'd step it right down to 2,000 energy an afternoon or so. this is a healthful intake, ,yet maximum heavily, paintings your butt off on the fitness center to construct healthful weight. you likely seem healthful and somewhat on the thin section. 2,000 energy an afternoon + workout would desire to save you looking like a healthful, warm variety. p.s. i prefer your top. :)

Are you generally healthy, or do you get sick easily?

Are you working very hard to maintain your weight (i.e., aggressive diet, rigorous exercise, etc.) or does it just come naturally?

If you're generally healthy and it isn't difficult to maintain your weight, I'd say leave well enough alone. If you find you get sick frequently (or, more than you'd like) and/or you're working hard to keep your weight down, I'd consider re-evaluating your lifestyle (diet, exercise, etc.) and try and adjust to improve your overall health--if that means adding foods and nutrients to your diet that'll cause you to gain a few pounds, so be it--you can always increase your exercise to drop the weight if it makes you feel more comfortable.

That sounds really scrawny. You need some muscle; I think you'd fall over if somebody threw a Frisbee at you.
On the other hand, you can be a coxwain for my rowing team! We can't row without a tiny girl to sit in the back of the cold, hard rowboat and steer and pep-talk us! We'd never let you leave, and we'd pool money to send you out to dinner weekly!

You know if your with a man and he loves you even if you have some thickness hes going to stay loving you because thats what he fell in love with. If a guy cant see behind that or telling you need to gain dont listen to him. That weight is fine i like meat. Thank you.

I think it is too thin to have the amount of muscles you should have. I would say you should work on strength training and cardio and just eat properly ... and you would even out at your "ideal". I would aim for 120.

It absolutely depends on your build and what it takes to reach that weight. If you have to constantly diet to maintain, then it's too low. If you can eat normally, then it's probably fine.
