why cant i say the girl that i like her ? why am i so sshy and when i see her i cant stop avoidig her and could not talk to her

U haven't told ur age.I think u a teenager and ur problem is common and it happens with each and every person.Be confident and just approach her before any other do.U can practice in front of a mirror to boost ur confidence
