Lets say your 17.... and you commit a small crime that gets you locked up...... and lets say that in 2 days after you get locked up your going to turn 18.... that very same day you turn 18 you would get transfered over to the County Jail because in this wonderful state you would then be considered an adult! So... don't commit a crime... I want to gues.... You gettin in a fight in school? not worth it dude.... stay out of trouble... you don't want to go to county jail... especially not in Los Angeles

If you did something before you were 18 and got yourself on juvenile probation, you might still end up in juvenile hall for a probation violation. Some counties have crazy policies about when you are between 18 and 19 years old and whether you go to the hall or jail when juvenile probation is involved.

That being said, assuming there is not juvenile probation issue involved, you would go to the jail. Whether you live at home or still go to school has nothing to do with it.

You would be place in jail with all the other adults. If the infraction would have occurred before you turned 18, then you would go to juvenile jail. Once you turn 18 you are an adult weather you are still in high school or living at home with mom & dad.

You would go to jail. It has nothing to do with being in high school. Once you are 18, you are a legal adult in the United States and if you are arrested, you're going to jail.

Jail. Juvie is for teens who can not be considered adults, usually under 17 years old depending on the crime.

our society grew to become into invented via known those with known IQ's... so confident I think of the known individual will call that a kidnapping. form of like whilst a 17 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous lady seduces a 20 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous guy and we call it a raping. Minors are the only human beings on earth who can actually be raped via a individual they seduced. Us those with severe IQ's are on the mercy of society and would settle for his or her lamebrain good judgment. So confident. If a 17 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous willfully runs away to stay with some 19 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous, he will probable be charged with raping her even nonetheless she wasn't raped. he would be charged for endangering her whether he's safer than her homestead area. i'm specific there will be some federal regulations too he has violated provided that this includes distinctive states. I dont comprehend if he would be charged with "kidnapping". he would be charged with raping and pillaging and brutalizing and despite different bullcrap they'd conjure. He could flow to reformatory for years. Jewish scapegoats went in an oven and boyfriend scapegoats flow in an imaginary oven for imaginary crimes. confident he can flow away for years. yet, thats assuming her mom and father truthfully checklist it. no longer all mom and father think of their unraped daughters have been raped. some mom and father have IQ's over one hundred forty. regrettably thats no longer a common IQ interior the human international. So, kiss his *** sturdy bye
