Sin came into the world at the fall of mankind from an original state of perfection that existed when we were first created by God. At the fall, everything that was in perfect order fell as well. Weeds grow faster than food, animals became predatory, people grow old and die, bad habits are learned faster than good ones, foul language is easier to use than good language, and man's basic nature was to seek their own purposes and not God's.
So, yet, the earth is a place of sin dominated by Satan and his minions who roar across the earth seeking those that they may devour.

Sin has a meaning only if you believe in a god. I do not need a "god" to tell me right from wrong. It is wrong to do anything that hurts this world and or anyone or anything in it. Everyone knows right from wrong. Doing wrong stems from selfishness.
There are however wrongs that are defined as such by believers that those who do not believe in a god do not consider wrong. For instance same sex marriage. Believers consider this wrong. I do not. I also do not consider sex outside of marriage to be wrong but I also have the good sense to know that promiscuity is not a good thing.
The world that we live in is comprised of mostly "believers" and look what a mess it is in.

Yes. This is a secular world. Is there sin here? Just read the headlines. Yes, sin is here and unfortunately, in a big way

It depends on whether those in the secular world rely solely on rhetoric, instead of thinking for themselves.

I was a Christian. And now that I'm not... I honestly have an easier time being a good person. I've become a really good person actually. I mean I'm not perfect, but I learn what I need from Nature and go with that.

No. Sin is only relevant to those who believe in it.
Is the Christian world one devoid of magick? Yes, in a sense, because they don't believe in it.
