I want to go to the bus stop in Ottawa. I am in Ottawa. Can I get a taxi to drive me there around 11:30pm... the bus is schedualed to leave at 12 midnight.

I'm not sure about Ottawa, but most larger cities have cabs that will come late at night if you phone their dispatch office.
Check your Yellow Pages or telephone listings for taxi companies and call to find out. You usually have problems hailing cabs late at night if the area has crime problems, but they'll usually respond to a telephone call.
