I've tried looking and everything is just really confusing! Would anyone also know how much fats,carbs, sugar and protein is recommended as well?

that's depends on your height and weight, you'll have unique need for calories... try 30% carb, 40% protein and 30% fat... Good luck....

Body weight x 10 AT LEAST...140lbs = 1400 calories per day!
20% fat, 50% carbs, 30% protein
No added sugar at all, if you can help it! Naturally occurring sugars are okay, such as in fruits and dairy!
