I am not being specific so you can simply state if you are grateful, and if so- for what?

I am profoundly grateful for this opportunity to answer this question! Gratitude is the primary ingredient for happiness.

I am grateful to God for my life and I hope to use it to honor God. I am grateful for my family, I am grateful for my work, I am grateful that I was born in the U.S (especially as a woman). I am grateful for the stars in the sky and the air that I breathe. I am grateful for my angel/mentor. I am grateful for my dog. I am grateful for the quality of food that I eat.....the list goes on ad infinitum.....

I am grateful. I am grateful that I wasn't born in a war torn country that treats women like second rate citizens. I am grateful that I'm not some starving woman in Ethiopia watching my kids die. I am so very thankful that I had the honor to serve in our military and that I have a college degree and a career that I love.
