I've been seeing this guy for 5 years, and I still won't give him my keys. Its not that I don't trust him. but I just don't want him coming into my house when Im not home. Unless he was moving in. but he's not. He tries to give me his keys and I won't take them. if by some reason something is missing he can't blame me.

oh be careful with the key...bc too soon is anything earlier than like 2 yrs. no really if its say under like a yr. at most. then its not a good idea. what if things turn out bad or they go in a snoop or what not

I never thing that's a good idea because you never really know someone until something happens. If you feel you must, then I would wait a long time or until until there's enough trust there.............Imagine if you had a huge fight or he didn't turn out to be the person that you thought..............but oh my gosh.........he has the keys to your most private place. Think about it. Is it necessary?

Whenever you are sure that you want to lose your personal space. Personally, I think anytime before 1yr is way too soon. I like my space and like to work at things slowly. This is much more than just a trust issue.

There is no set time when you should do this. When you are both committed to each other fully and IF you feel it is necessary I would suggest THINKING about it. You need to be absolutely sure that the other person feels the same. If you have any doubts dont do it.

that all depends on how much of them you think that you can handle (no offense to the person) but you do realize that even though you do need people around you, you also need some alone time too. but im an idiot.
