Both have parental rights to the child. Chances are the mother has custody but the father has to pay child support.

well my friend i don't like to be the bad news killer but i had the same problem and police always said the woman gets to have kids because they are definitely the mother and there's always ????? about fathers ...........because wemen are so faith-full u no.... lol so thus means we haft to take the women to court.....
