I know that oatmeal is very good for you, but I was wondering about Cream of Wheat. My mom ordered this container that you put the Cream of Wheat in, and so we no longer have the box that has the nutrition info on it. Is it a whole grain and is there any sugar in it?

I love ,love cream of wheat ,specially the chocolate .give me a second I'm going to the fridge to get my box ,i keep it on the freezer.

Cream of Wheat is another American over processed dull cereal. Only use MALTEX for your hot wheat cereal.
