But I have no clue whether it would look good or not. Is there some type of online thing where I can upload my picture and see how it looks with a certain color?

Actually probably your best bet if you dont want to go get a consult by a stylist is to just go to the store and look in the hair color isle. Sometimes they have samples of the hair hanging their so you can see what color and even some stores have a color chart that asks you your hair color and then lets you know what color you hair will turn if you dye it said color..that is what i always do..

I have never heard of a site like that, but I do have some thoughts.
If you do take the plunge, do yourself a big favor and get a semi-permanent color! The do-it-yourself kits are pretty foolproof and save you a bundle of hassle and money. Even if it's not your "dream color," it will wash out in a few short weeks and leave your hair relatively healthy.
