Office 2007 is the application. I entered a bad product key code and then tried to activate it. I have the correct key now but I can't find where to type it in.

I have already tried to activate it but during activation there is no where to enter the product key and the activation is rejected because the key I entered when first installed was invalid

if you go to any application on office like word. click on the help button and it gives you an option to activate the product . if it's already activated it won't let you activate with anothe key.

there is no need to do so, but that is normaly in help ->register
