They can do anything nowadays. If you want webbed hands, a plastic surgeon will do that too. They only take skin from the buttocks to do it, so your body will not reject it, and like I said, they'll do anything if you're willing to pay for it.

I'm sure it can be done but you might have a hard time finding a Doctor who will do it. Almost everyone has a price though...

why would you want to do that? I guess you could find some crazy doctor that would be willing to perform the operation but I wouldn't recommend it.
