It's your minds way lf dealing with something that's bothering you. Sometimes there are things you're nor facing but they need resolution. Write down a nightmare and look at each image in the dream. Look at what each thing separately means to YOU. What does it represent and how do you feel about it. Often the answers are right there if you look at them rationally in the light of day. Sometimes you need to wait until the emotional factor is less so give it some time before you examine it.
