Unless you have a specific skin disorder that gives you hyper or hypo skin pigmentation in blotches - you really shouldn't mess with pigmentation.

If you start using chemicals to actually change the colour of your skin,. you will cause long term damage to the cell structure.

Try a gentle exfoliator 2 or 3 times a week. That will brighten your skin and make it reflect more light.

But you must always apply a moisturiser after exfoliating.

I have seen things in the drug store which say they lighten skin. Ask the pharmacist or a clerk there I am sure they can help you.
