Basic -for a woman 5' tall 100 lbs. 5 lbs for every inch over the 5'. Depends also on your bone structure-small, med. or large. small-5'1"-guess 105 lbs. If 5'1" and large bone-110 lbs. Or htereabouts. Just eat healthy (not just salads), exercise (walk, swim, dance) and you will be fine. Oh yes, for caloric intake per day-take your weight times 15 =1,575 cal. per day.
