Basic -for a woman 5' tall 100 lbs. 5 lbs for every inch over the 5'. Depends also on your bone structure-small, med. or large. small-5'1"-guess 105 lbs. If 5'1" and large bone-110 lbs. Or htereabouts. Just eat healthy (not just salads), exercise (walk, swim, dance) and you will be fine. Oh yes, for caloric intake per day-take your weight times 15 =1,575 cal. per day. At least. 5'1" ----105 lbs x 15=1,575 calories per day. Okay? I hope this helps. Take care.

Probably between 100 and 130 pounds. Different body types have different normal weights.

just keep fit with exercise and healthy food.
