I need a cereal to eat that is healthy. Preferably whole grain and low in sugar. Any suggestions?

All bran, Wheat bix Aussie cereals or go to health shops or health side of your supermarkets there are always different types of bran, oats mix cereals giving your the good fix just ask the supermarket workers for directions to it, they are very easy to eat and it keeps you full and energized throughout the day. Have it with skim low fat milk and fruits sliced ontop of it such as bananas, strawberry's.

The healthiest and maximum inexpensive is oatmeal. It has no ingredients, is an entire grain and is filling. As for chilly cereals, examine the container label and decide the single with the least form of components and ideally with out sugar, i.e. Shredded Wheat is truly stable. in case you prefer candy style, upload raisins or fruit.

You can buy puffed wheat or rice cereal made with brown rice. An excellent source of fiber is Uncle Sam's cereal. It contains 10 grams of fiber per serving.

Basically, the only thing healthy about cereal is the milk & fruit you add to it.
