The pills tend to be more trouble than they are worth. The can cause stomach ulcers, heart condition and all other nasties that, when you are trying to loose weight, are just NOT a good idea. The truth of the matter is, you are strong enough to loose weight without the pills. May be have a chat to your doctor or a dietitian about a healthy eating plan and exercise routine, so when you do loose weight (and you WILL!), it will be because of your effort and determination.
Good luck!!!

I wish there was a pill that could make you lose weight in a healthy way but the answer is no.
Your body burn fat by regulating 2 hormone insulin and glucagon... you can regulate those hormones with diet and exercise in a natural way.... But once you take a pill to circumvent nature.... there is a lot more problems that comes with that... They usually called them side effects..
Losing weight is not that hard.... you just need to know what to do... The problem is that there is so much information out there that most people are too confused...

I don't' think so, all that pills are "poison" for your body. Do it the right way. Exercise and eat healthy. There is no magic for an ideal weight, like everybody else you gotta to work hard. I follow a collection of videos that are very fun and the eating program is not a diet is just a guide to a good set of habits that can last forever, diets are temporary. Good luck.

I discovered the booklet to be very informative and handy to learn. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm simply concerned that i'm shedding too much weight, too rapidly. I'll admit i haven't followed the advisor exactly. I'm now not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but most often) and doing little or no pastime, but the weight keeps flying off. It certainly works and if i might followed it precisely I consider it will scare the living daylights out of me considering of the amount that i'd lose. So thanks again for the knowledge. I've under no circumstances purchased whatever like this earlier than considering that they're commonly filled with trash, however 3WD has been a exceptional surprise. Get started in these days!

The FDA just approved the one and only OTC diet pill that is proven to work -- the others are just weird (and potentially dangerous) supplements. It isn't on shelves yet, but should be soon. It works by blocking about 1/4 of the fat that you absorb, but can cause stomach problems and will be pricey -- $1-2 a day. You can expect a huge marketing blitz when it comes out.

There is only one healthy and helpful diet pill on the market----a good mutli-vitamin, multi-mineral vitamin pill-one pill per day with a full tummy of good healthy food is the answer. Take care.

don't try the ones who advertise energy, they make u feel like ****. maybe the ones that clean out ur system to let u start with a clean slate before u diet would work or the ones that suppress ur appetite similiar to the way the prespriction ones work, that is what ive done before. and also if it helps, names that i used in the past - relacore i have taken, worked more immediate results as a mood booster than weight loss though; and i lost about 20 lbs with the help of leptoprin; yellow jackets and the like, just plain scary, make u wanna barf; trim spa did nothing, but tasted bad when trying to swallow; centrum weight smart seemed to curb craving and allow me to stick to a diet, but maybe it was all in my head. thats all i can remember for now.

Nope, not really, most of them are just scams. You may find some containing certain herbs, like ephedra and things like that. But the problem with these is they really just "Jack you up" if you know what i mean, and thats not healthy in my opinion. Also, some of the prescription, or formerly prescription^^^ drugs have some pretty undesireable side effects. I personally know people who have experienced them,, not good. Good luck though.
