Should not be a problem:
Click START
Click RUN
TYPE: gpedit.msc and press enter
Navigate to Local Computer Policy | Computer
Configuration | Windows Setings | Security Settings | Local Policies |
Security Options.
Look in the right-hand pane for:
"Interactive Logon: Do not require ctrl+alt+del". You want to DISABLE that policy. Then Ctrl+Alt+Del
will be required.

So far as I know, this is a built-in function. There have been times when I have issued commands too close together and my PC froze. I have had to press Ctrl+Alt+Del several times before it caught. There have been times when I gave up and turned the power off.
Inasmuch as these new PCs don't give us a reset button anymore, this is our last resort.

It should already be anabled. It probably sends you to a screen with 6 buttons to push, the one in the middle bottom labled "Task Manager" is what you want.

I thought you should be able to do it as soon as you press all these keys...I guess that wasn't...Sorry, I don't know how to enable it. I thought they were all enabled from beginning...
