If he wants kids?
how many?
what age?
does he want to eventually get married?
where would he like to live?

I think it depends less on the questions you're asking, and more how you respond to them. If you ask a guy if he wants kids, and he says, "I don't know. I haven't thought out my life that far." and you respond with "WHAT?". That may not be good. If you don't want to seem invasive, why not lead up to your questions with, "Well, I've always thought about having __ kids." or "I'd like to be married by the time I'm 28, have you ever thought about that?" You know, dialogue questions that aren't loaded questions. Loaded questions will probably make him run..quickly if he's an idiot, but a mature guy wouldn't find those questions invasive.

Shouldn't the questions be, in order:

Does he eventually want to get married someday ?
Where does he plan to live ?
Does he want to be a father someday (yeah, kids after marriage, DOH!@) and at what age ?
How many kids?

If you haven't known him for very long, those questions are invasive and aggressive and there's no good way to rephrase them. I like the idea someone had of not asking them all at one time.

Ask him to move out bowling with you and your peers or the films. OR perhaps in the event you move snowboarding you would ask to move there (with peers) otherwise you would simply inform him that you just like him however might love to grow to be well peers first through striking out. I see alot of men going to the mall. If he wishes to hang around with you he wont brain :)

you don't have to pop all the questions at one time ... ask do you like kids? but all these questions at one time especially if its a new relationship could probably freak him out lol
