Whenever I download a movie the sound is off from the picture. they never play at the same time. the sound is never in sync with the picture. Any computer I use does this. Even my brand new laptop. music Videos are okay. just movies wont play correct when downloaded. When I play a dvd its fine. someone help me please.

This also depends on the movie player software in use. Try other software too. Try the following and see which one is suitable:
For Windows

1) VLC Player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/)
2) Media Player Classic (http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli/)
3) Download the latest version of Media Player for Windows
4) Winamp (it can play videos also http://www.winamp.com)
For GNU/ Linux
-----------
1) VLC Player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/)
2) XINE (http://xinehq.de/)
3) MPlayer (http://www.mplayerhq.hu/)
Some of the above have versions for windows also.

The movies your downloading are low quality, therefore the music is out of sync
