Do you have a hard time getting up in the morning? Do you know if you snore at all or not? Do you find yourself wanting to take naps during the day? Do you find yourself waking up during the night for a few minutes-even just to turn over in bed? You might have sleep apnea. Please go to your dr. as soon as you can get an appt., and tell your dr. about this. You may need to have a sleep study arranged where you will stay (probably) in a hospital room for a night, with a respiratory therapist watching you via computer all night, keeping track of your breathing, etc. This is something important for you to do for yourself. In fact, please ask your dr. what he/she thinks the problem could be-and what is the solution? Take care.

Whats wrong - youre sleepy all the time silly. A better question is why? And no one here on Yahoo can run tests, etc.
See a doctor if it persists for more than two weeks.

Since you don't give details about your problem, its slightly hard to detect the real cause for this. By the way, it may caused by...
1) You don't get adequate amount of sleep -- an adult should sleep for at least six hours per day,
2) You might drink hot chocolate too much beforehand,
3) You've eaten medicine prescribed by your doctor or the other remedies you purchased,
4) You've suffering from serious illness -- and you'd better check this out!

Are you eating well? Lots of fruits and veggies?
Are you exercising?
Do you have a vitamin deficiency?
Have you had a blood test for anemia or thyroid trouble?
Are you depressed?
Are you hypo or hyper-glycemic?
So many things can cause this. I say, talk to your doctor and get a good, thorough physical.
Also... try juicing! Jay Kordich has a great book out THE POWER OF JUICING. You'll of course need a good juicer. They run about $200. Whenever my energy is really low or I feel run down, I juice. It's amazing. But I still say... see your doctor!

This could be several things. One is lack of sleep . The other one is needing some vitiams. And also you could be maybe dibetic. I mean it can be several things. If you have alot on your mind and you are getting alot of sleep and you think that sleep is not a issue. Maybe that your not getting good sleep. I would just check with your doctor and ask what might be going On. If you not up to seeing a doctor just yet. I would suggest taking some good vitiams to see if that might make a difference.
But if you dont find a difference please check with you doctor to make sure everthing is ok . Good Luck

Could be a number of things...sleep apnea, depression, SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). Rule out physical reasons first then look deeper if all those other things, sleep apnea, anemia, thyroid dysfunction, etc. are ruled out. Hope this helps.
