Claims are that it is an antitoxicant and help you lose weight and lower your cholesterol but is there any Cons?

ok so far in 2 questions in 2 differnt catigories the main Con seems to be Caffine but that seems to be a minimal Con.

Also that it taste bad (decided by who ever drinks it) and that you have to buy it. Does it really taste bad?

Absolutely none. I once lived in Japan, and they drink it all day and night. There are some who say that is why they can office party all night and not get bad hangovers. It's true.
Also, Ginko Baloba and Ginger are other long-term great things from the Orient.

If for any reason you should not have any caffeine, green tea should be avoided. But overall, the caffeine content in green tea is not that great as compared to say, a cup of coffee or a mountain dew. If you are supposed to avoid all caffeine you should avoid green tea as well.

Taste. I noticed that people usually add sugar or honey in order to drink green tea...too much sugar and honey is not good either.
