Home Depot sometimes has an "Insane Maniac's who want to take over the earth" sale bin. Check your local flyer. You might also want to check for straight jackets. Maybe get a turtle-neck style to keep you warm in the winter.

In the past when I have constructed death rays to take over the world (as you can tell they were not success takeovers but I am still working on it) I have shopped exclusively on e-bay. They sell everything and it often helps finding others who are interested in the cause.

Joe's used Death Ray Salvage. I think its down south somewhere. I wouldn't bother though - it isn't worth taking, and I hear aliens are just going to blow it to smithereens for an inter-galactic express way, but then again everyone needs a hobby. Can I help?

Actually, I believe that they are commonly for sale, as Stewie Griffin attempts to purchase one at an auction. If you wait long enough, the auctioneer will simply give it to you for free!
Otherwise, I might resort to using common household items, such as a critical mass of uranium, or a few kilograms of francium. I usually keep these under my sink, just in case I have a sudden urge to hold a significant part of the world hostage.

I think Wiley Coyote has a few parts left over from trying to get the Road Runner...
Or, maybe that martian guy that is always after Bugs Bunny has some he'll give you.

Costco. You can get them by the gross for just a few bucks. I got a death ray in my garage. It was only used once. Wanna buy it?

The Brain! You're back!! I have been wondering where you where. How is Pinky? And can I be part of your diabolical plan? I can contribute parts. I am in possession of two flux capacitors, some dilithium crystals and a really big cubic zerconiam.

Try iran, syria, and north korea. They've been looking for a lot longer than you so maybe they already have great discounts on the parts you need

Try watching the commercials on late-night TV. Somewhere I saw what you wanted for only $19.95 and if you called in the next ten minutes you got two for one.

If you go to a convention, you can often get free red laser key chains. With enough of them, you should be able to vaporize Earth.
