Does using lotion or creme on your face increases possibility of blackheads?

Depends on the kind of moisturizer you're using...

Look for one that is "non-comodogenic..." I think that's how it's spelled. It means that whatever is inside the package is supposed to not cause "blemishes"... ;)


Just like there's junk food, there's junk lotion- sadly, it's the pretty-smelling stuff that usually isn't very effective in moisturizing your skin... Jergens is a good brand for general hand/body lotions....

Depending on what you use. Lotion can clog the pores. Find an all natural or organic face cream. Anything without Tallow, look it up. and you will see why it clogs your pores. Tallow comes from Rendering Plants.
