SET 3 ALARM CLOCKS!!!!!

also use your cell phone cause you will aoutomaticlly wake up thinking somoens calling u!

I tell myself before I go to sleep what time I need to get up. YOU MIGHT NOT BELIEVE THIS BUT IT WORKS REALLY WELL FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS. Look at the clock before you go to sleep and your body will wake you up. Try it a few times and see. I think, it is like we must have a sort of clock inside our bodies, because when I do this it works. You must look at the clock before you go to sleep to set the clock in your head.

I tell myself what time I want to wake up and I do. If you have been living by a clock for your whole life you do not need a clock. It is ingrained in the mind. Sorry

Set two alarms, and also have a person to check on me to sure I leave my place at a certain time, if that's possible. If I'm up really late tho, I may just not sleep at all.
