I don't like Pellar Estates wines nor does anyone I know, try them and then you will figure it out yourself. Other then that Cab Savs aren't my favorite. The biggest hit in Canada right now are our Pino Noirs, the heart break grape is on fire.

I love dry white wines...Chardonnay preferrably. Merlot goes well with pasta and red sauce tho. Chiraz is an excellent wine. Italy has the Bolla wines and I love all those, but they are too expensive here in Hawaii. I do not like a sweet wine nor wine coolers.

Box wine. Nasty stuff that. Gives me a headache. Probably why fine wine and spirits shops don't carry em.

I love wine! ...But I have to draw the line at drinking wine from a box or a jug. I have tasted $3 bottles that are good and $40 bottles that are terrible. I haven't tasted a good box or jug wine yet...

I personaly can't drink "Expensive" wines. I think Maybe I'm allergic to something in it. The better the wine the sicker it makes me. I can drink cheap wine like "Boone's farm" 'cause it's more like fruit juice with alcohol added. Or a wine cooler is okay. I don't know why. LOL

I will pretty much drink anything but I prefer Darker wines. Merlot is my favorite but as far as brand and ventage goes after the first couple of galsses I won't know much of a diffrence between a 2 dollar and a 50 dollar glass. Just my 2 cents.

I don't know if you know what Red Cat is, but it is actually worse than white zinfandel. It is a "wine", I use the term loosely, from the Finger Lakes region where I live. It is so popular, but it is nasty. Many cheesy women like it. YUCK
