Just like minty gum and stuff. Can you like compare it to osmething else?

Yes. Most chewing gum adds anywhere from 1-20 calories.
1 cracker euqals about 1 piece of gum.
1 apple equals about 7 or 8 pieces of gum.

Well their are calories sometimes like 6 calories its not much but if you keep getting a fresh piece it will add up and it might have carbs too...so sugar free is better for you though large consumption of sugars substitutes is thought to cause cancer though i don't entirely believe that...i love tea berry gum do u remember that one?

Most gum has a few calories usually between 2 - 5 per stick. Which is nothing really to worry about. You burn that easily.

all gum has 5 calories even sugar free maybe not fat calories but it does some has 10

thatsa good question. Just look on the different packs of gum on nutrition labels. if you eat it, it most likely does. if you chew sugary gum, losing the flavor means all the sugar entering your stomach. this gives you calories.

i think like 1 calorie. maybe you can compare it to a crumb. if you chew that much gum, i would be more worried about going to the dentist than gaining a poound. i beleive they sell diet gum in the anerexic isle.

yes, sugar free gum does too, it has 5 calories in it... check out calorieking.com or fitday.com to find out how many calories is in the food you eat, these sites are really helpful

the amount of calories you intake from gum is VERY minor. You'll probably burn them off from the chewing alone.
