I don't own one...I was just curious about other people's experience with it?

I just purchased one from wallmart and I love it. The first week is painful, but once your use to your routine, it's suppose to go away, and it does. Yea, its absolutely fabulous and I believe in this product 110percent. Good luck.

I have one. If you use it regularly then it does work well. It's also very fun to play on, lol. Other than the fact that it is fun to play on, and that it is really really easy to do, I don't see the difference between it and regular sit-ups and crunches.

I have always had good abs tho, without even trying, so maybe it won't work for some people.

I wouldn't spend the money. Get and Ab Wheel instead. They are like 5 bucks at wal - mart.
