bar download of software?

i own a cyber cafe, and i'm fed upof people downloading stuff like 'instant access' and 'online poker' shortcuts. i want to ba download of any exe file without permission from the server or something like that...

If you are on a Windows domain, you can use Software Restriction policy under Group Policy.

You set yourself up as administrator, and anyone else is a "guest" with "limited access."
