First i think that you need to find out why this is happening.Have you and your son ever tried to get professional medical help to possibly find out if he has a neurological problem? Do you know who the people are that he hangs out with? Maybe they are part of the problem.
Is there a male figure in his life? I know that Riverside County has many free programs that could help you.

I had the same problem when I was just 15, my parents kicked me out of the house and sent me to the nearest relative whom was an ex con but had people skills. My so called vacation turned into a life time career, I became just what my uncle fashioned me as, a carpet layer. I dont know how to thank my parents but I do thank all the carpet layers that stuck it out for me awaiting my pre-teen adulthood. Of course now years later I have gotten into some problems with the law, but now walk a straight line at 29. When I moved from my uncles to live with my grandfather I was pushed out into the oilfields, Digging Ditches at a 18.00 pr/hr. I was never told how much I would make until the first payday, I was so happy to recieve 999.36 for working or digging ditches in the oilfield. When my level of expertise was arised by this I had no alternative but to quit smoking and doing drugs cause of the random UA's. Does California have oilfields? Maybe a family member with the same problems can sometimes help even if you think it would or will provoke his intuitions. What kind of parental liscencing can you give him to release him to work at that age in the oilfield, I know a 15 year old whom had written permission from his family to work the oilfields maybe he can or not who knows until you try. He is just going through puberty a little harder than expected, just dont provoke him to do something hes not ready to do. If this helps cool glad to share it.

For starters he isn't addicted to marijuana, he does it because he wants to NOT because he has to. Marijuana has no physically addictive properties.

I would do a serious search on google and look for a military school. That will fix him up QUICK!

Good luck. I wish you the best. This is just what I would do if I had problems with mine. He knows that I would do it too.

Not trying to be crappy about the whole marijuana thing...but...what I said is true.
