Are you asking about "Xanax", as opposed to what you put in your question? I don't know the specifics for how much is an overdose since I know nothing about the person doing the overdosing, so you might need to ask a pharmacist or a doctor or a nurse. God Bless you.

Run, do not walk to the ER. Call an ambulance. This is not good and very dangerous. See medical help right away. Anyone that says otherwise is completely sick!

Calm Down. Take a Deep Breath. Dial 911. They will support you, and you can be k. Some humans get relatively annoyed, however hon, you took too many capsules, so that you NEED to name 911 IMMEDIATELY!!!

have yourself transported to the nearest hospital/critical care unit
and expect a activated charcoal wash, won't go into details but i would rather do something else, like shooting my self in the leg.
no it's really not that bad.
