i do its a bad habit i cant seem to completely break i want to stop but i do it during tests, when my nails break, and sometimes i bite them down to the nail bed and its painful :-0 but i am getting better at not biting them. i tend to stop when i have a manicure though so i try to get them and i wont bite them and my nails will grow a lot :-)

i used to bite them, yes. Stopped as a new resolution back in 2000. Was very hard since this was a nervous tick of mine. I still bite the flash though not nails themselves. yes, they look really good though...so neat.. what a horrible habit

I am a grandmother and still bite them!
when my youngest daughter was small she started to bite hers - so I offered her a present if she stopped - she chose a crucifix and has never bitten them since! she is almost thirty now and is proud of her beautiful nails!

only when they're long....even if I have fake nails I'll nibble at them...
I only do it when I'm really bored or feel out of place in a group...
