If you are in debt, save up to pay it back. Gambling is not the answer.

Yeah, I can say with confidence the lotto isn't the way to get out of debt. The state doesn't make money on the lotto by giving people like you or I good odds.

Save money, cut up credit cards, make changes to your life. Unfortunately, these are the only ways that'll get you out of debt.
