70 x 7 .. in one day...is how much we are to forgive one who sins against us. God forgives one upon them repenting and asking for His forgiveness... with a sincere heart.

God will forgive those who repent and are contrite, but if after you have been regenerated into a new person, if you go on to sin willfully as a style of life, there is no sacrifice left that remains for you. Though God is loving and merciful, He is also good and just (and therefore must punish sin). Repent and trust in Christ (for His sacrifice for the penalty of your sin), for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

We are to forgive 7 time 70, but God has much more patience and forgiveness than we have. He gave his only begotten son so that we might live. Christ came not to condemn us, but to free us from condemnation.

Only God knows when a person has committed blasphemy of the Holy Spirit and then He will contend with them no longer. It's not for us to say.

There's no limit as long as the person is sincere every time and willing to repent every time.

There is however, some sins that cannot be forgiven even if you ask for it.

Depends on timing. If you've already died, he won't. Also if you reject the Holy Spirit, he won't.
