Drinking water is good for you while you're eating. You don't want to drink too many sodas or juice because of the sugar though.

If you are thirsty then drink. Your brain has a built in mechanism that makes you thirsty when you need fluids. Go with that. If you eat a really salty meal then you will be more thirsty and could easily drink 3 cups of water or whatever.

as long as its water, its perfectly fine. But if its soda or juice, your actually consuming ALOT of sugar and calories that you really arent even enjoying. Just keep it water or diet soda when drinking that much liquid with a meal

I truthfully have a tendency to drink mutually as I consume and that i could incredibly care much less approximately different peoples eating behavior (except meals is flying out of their mouth). extremely of annoying lots approximately different peoples eating behavior, you may spend greater time interpreting your English and grammar skills. the subject i come across aggravating is whilst somebody feels the would desire to tell me how I could be doing it. as quickly as, somebody had the audacity to declare "you need to not consume like that. the right way is..." at which factor I mentioned "Excuse me! in case you do no longer in trouble-free terms like the way I consume...do no longer watch. you may pay interest on your individual plate and not mine."

no. apparently it's actually better to drink more water during eating because then you don't eat as much since you get full on water.

When I was younger my grandma wouldn't let me drink water until I was done at least half my dinner so I wouldn't get full.

I'll drink water instead of eating if I can't find something I want to eat or don't feel like making something- it's healthy though since I'm not starving myself.

You're not supposed to drink more than 8 ounces during a meal. I just read that somewhere.
