We made up here in there. But i think that stressed me out alot. and after all of that i started to get ..what i like to call anxiety. I kept looking up symptoms and then having this feeling like someones squeezing my heart when i saw i had most of them. About a week and a half ago i started having breathing trouble. And what i forgot to mention was i had a pain in my throat almost like a lump was there. But yeah back to that night. I kept getting heart palpitations. I went to the doctor but my breathing rate was 99..right were they want it to be. Once they told me everything i felt better. 6 days ago it started to come back only this time its not going away. Im having heart palpitations.Tension headaches. It all progresses throughout the day ..and muscle aches now..

Well I think you need to see another doctor. It sounds like your having some anxiety. It can cause all kinds of weird symptoms. It can make your heart flutter, headaches, very tired, shortness of breath, in ability to concentrate, any number of things. Some paxil or prozac will help you.

I am an "old lady" .I started having your exact same symptoms when I was around eleven and I was so anxious I thought I was gonna DIE!!! But I didn't know it was anxiety or emotions that was causing my physical symptoms although there WAS a lot of stress going on in my life at that time.My parents wouldn't pay much attention to my problem either, in fact, they caused it much of the time! You are having stress-related anxiety attacks and hyper-ventilating because of them. There is no reason to have to suffer like that alone. Tell some "trusted" adult what you have been feeling (a school counselor, teacher, grandparent, aunt).Don't expect anyone to get too excited about it but you need to have some of your anxiety lessened before you grow into someone with a phobia or develop a somatic disorder (look it up.) There IS help for you...could be counseling or meditation. If not you might succumb to drinking or drugging to try to mask those feelings. You are basically very normal. Just need a little help right now. MAKE some adult listen to you! I wish you peace.

U might need to go back to ur dr. and have a more complete exam and did u tell ur dr. everything u told in ur question? I have had those heart palpitations and anxiety and haven't died yet. Tomorrow things may look brighter as far as ur emotional distress. ur doc might put u on some anti-anxiety meds. for a while and try to stay calm and get rest and eat and drink fluids .Remember nothing is so bad that time won't make it better. and I wish u the best and hang in there OK????/

It sounds like anxiety, and maybe you didn't explain it very well to the doctor, or maybe the doctor didn't listen. So, this has been bothering for about a month right? It seems like it's directly related to breaking up with your girl friend. Wait another month, or maybe two, and you'll probably start feeling better on your own.
If you still feel just as bad in two months, try to get to another doctor and tell him or her everything about how you feel. But, I think you probably will be better by then.

Sound's like you really like this girl. I don't know the whole situation of you and this girl. Like how long you've known each other, does she know that you like her? You are having axienty . Your Mom will have to take you to a Doctor that know's about axienty. But the Doctor will also put in consideration on your age. If you just started your teen age years, your Hormones could be working on you as well. Try not thinking about her. try to keep your distance from her.keep yourself busy with your School work, or your job. Keep a journal, writing things down helps. Journals help get things out, when you don't have anyone to talk to. I keep a journal myself, I'm 35 years old. I find that it really helps. It's not good keeping feelings coupe up inside, a journal is a safe way to deal with your feelings. Talking things out with your School Counclor can help as well.

Most person you will talk to will say negative things about this and whyyyyyyy cause they no nothing about it. Even the docotors do not have a cure for this as of yet. They will send you to a physic for help and they will ask you many dumb crap. Hey your not crazy belive me I had to go through this my self and my threee of my family members also have this. It is known to run in familys. dont let no one tell you any difference I had to go through **** to get help and prove i was not nuts. its ok to have this but it can be treated with meds it does help alot. I take Xnax. I no how you feel. I no sometimes even very scary. I do no for a fact that it is known to be a blood disorder and that is what cause the panic is when the blood in your body flows at a different pace it will cause your body to react with tension.

This is definitely anxiety. I guess ...your friend leaving you has affected you a lot and you have been going through the stress so long.

Hey..come on...life is just not about "a" friend that too..who ditched you...

Have you seen "early morning sun rise?"
Have you seen "Little baby smiling?"
Have you seen "Little water dews over a fresh flower in a misty morning?"
Have you seen "Your mom ...cooking for you with special care"
Have you seen "Your mom ...checking on you when you feel cold at night?"
Have you seen "Your dad...always making sure ..you have all you need?"
Have you "Enjoyed talking to a person who has more problems than you?"

Come there are so many things in life....which is there for us to enjoy....leave alone this friend who ditched you...she or he is just a friend who dont know you....then why should you worry about he or she...

Hey....cheer up....enjoy the life...life is short...dont let it go....

Your Well Wisher.....

Dont worry Be Happy ......

If you love any game or sports...play everyday till you get tired...

Help some one who is in need...

Try to appreciate small things...even a crow sitting on a lamp post..

If you feel better...after reading this...please drop me a message...I will feel better to...and I will do this for more friends like..you..

Enjoy...Life is Short...

I think you need psychological help to get to the root of your problem. I hope your mother is sensitive and you are willing to cooperate and open up with your doctor.
