I've been dieting lately (drinking more water, cutting down, etc.) and my pee has changed colors from a more clear color to a yellow color, sometimes with bubbles.

What does this mean?

(sorry, kinda gross question)

ya, your doing something wrong if you say your drinking your water. the urine should be clear, maybe even a hint of seafoam. But it shouldnt be yellow if your getting enough liquids.

Yellow pee means that you are dehydrated and need to drink more! The ideal pee colour is a clear colour. So make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day!

2-3 litres a day is a reasonable amount to drink, more if you are working out. It should be clear or pale yellow if you are drinking enough, anything else is a sign of dehydration

Multivitamins/minerals will also make your pee yellow too, especially those with lots of B vitamins. Otherwise, it could be an indicator of dehydration (which is weird cuz you say you drink lots of water)...

Actually, if you're drinking enough water, your urine should be clear. If you're wondering that much about the color, perhaps you should ask your doctor.

well if you are drinking more water your urine should become clearer - maybe you are not drinking as much as you think you are!
