Once again read the bible.Don't be lazy.Read it.
It is said he created all.
He spoke:Let there be light ,and there was
Alot of the bible you have to figure on your own what it's saying.
Alot of it can be very difficult to understand.
Go to a good sermon.introduce yourself to some people that will be glad to help you learn if you want.
People are going to have different meaning of different phrases of the bible.
Just remember what the Good words are.The ways to get to heaven.
Also the most important thing is forgive and you shall be forgivin.
If you read some of my theories with the religious questions I've asked and answered you may find them intriguing factual or not.Plus some of the responses I got where good too.

During the time of the Bible there was no concept of a universe and therefore no universe to create. It was simply the Earth, the Sun, and those little sparkles you see every night.
As you can draw from that, there is no distinct statement that god created the universe (as in consisting of all the Galaxy formations that are known to man). Who knows. Maybe God's God did that?

God created the universe 1st I think. Check Genesis. I think that would be classified under "heavens".

Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Psa 8:3 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
Rev 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the waters."God creates day and night; the "firmament" separating "the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament;" dry land and seas and plants; the sun, moon and stars, set in the firmament; fish and birds; and on the sixth day, "the beasts of the earth according to their kinds." "Then God said, Let us make man in our image ... In the image of God he created him; male and female he created them."On the Sabbath (or seventh) day God rests from the task of creation: "So God blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all his work which he had done in creation." - Genesis
