The picture on the face of the disc is tha label! You can get the label stock at any good office supply house to use in your printer. Apply the labels you have printed.

To do that you will need to have a Lightscribe drive and lightscribe media. Basically Lightscribe is a system that allows you to "burn" an image into the label side of special disks. First you bur your data, then flip the disk over to burn the label.

Note that you must use Lightscribe labeled mediam, regular cd or dvd media will not work. Also note that the time it takes to burn the label depends on the complexity of your image.
