Witches can do a little bit of harm, although probably not for christians who are walking well in their faith, as God is rather bigger than any visible or invisible creature and protects His own.

I was suddenly struck with a dark depression after an argument with a lady who does spells and witchcraft in earnest. I didn't believe in witchcraft at the time. After trying every option to get rid of the depression, I suddenly realised - gosh, it might have been that lady involved in witchcraft, no it can't be, thats balloney. After a few days I was still feeling unbelievably low so I thought - let's give it a try, I'll try some "spiritual warfare" prayers I read about.
I said "in the Name of Jesus I break any spells and curses spoken against me by Mrs X", then the morning after the depression had completely gone. I asked Jesus to punish her so she wouldn't mess with people again. Praise Jesus.

I asked a question about Satanists a few weeks ago. I'm an atheist, BTW. I can't see why any rational person would want to call themselves a Satanist. I really can't see why anyone would be one after they get out of their teens or twenties. Too me it seems like a bunch of spook show crap, and that the people that get into it WANT people to be afraid of them and want any kind of attention, even if it's negative. How does a Satanist honetly think anyone will take them seriously in life? Obviously they don't want to be taken seriously in the first place.

As a Bible believing follower of Jesus Christ, there is nothing that a satanist can do me that God will not bless me for. As someone else has pointed out Satanist are to be pitied; unless you repent and turn to Jesus, you will be consigned to the Lake of Fire.

I'm afraid of them. Deathly. Of course, I'm speaking as a hamster who's been kidnapped by the emo looking kid in all black who reads magic books (mispelled with a 'k') from the deeply sinister "Barnes and Nobles" and writes poems that rhyme everything in slant and generally have no meter.

Some of the nicest, most logical, rational, reasonable people I've met have been Satanists. It's everybody else that I'm afraid of.

Why would I be afraid of something that someone else believes. Just because it has currency in their universe does not give it any in mine.

Most Satanist's that i know are great people. donate to charities, do volunteer work at rescue missions and many have given the shirt off their back to random homeless people in my city.

i see no reason to fear these wonderful people. remember you never know who the guy in the ambulance is, or the people that bought the artificial defibulator for the struggeling community rescue service may be.

Parents are sometimes frightened that their child will harm or even kill them. Satanism is the illegitimately created child of Christianity.
