The truth is Religion is the heart of Politics. have you ever noticed that when there is an argument between two Countries that do not believe the same. their arguments always end up involving religion from one side or the other. The United States foundation is built from it's religion. The same as most Countries are from theirs. I hope this helps you.

Well, the founding fathers were Deists, not Christian, per say, as they believed in the moral teachings of the Bible, but not the miracles, such as creation and the virgin birth. Despite that, they had to put on the appearance of being Christian.
There are frequent about how our constitution promotes separation of church and state, but in reality, that is not the argument that should be made. The argument should be made that Christ taught there should be a separation. That is far more important than anything that is said in the Constitution. They cannot claim to be Christian if they ignore any of the instructions of Christ.

As a Christian, I have to admit that I do not like our churches trying to influence voters opinions by endorsing any political party. If pastors were doing what they are called to do, which is preaching the Gospel, God himself will guide his followers in the way he wants them to vote. After all he sets kingdoms up, and he brings them down. Politics from the pulpit should not be allowed in our churches, and I don't mean they need to pass laws forbidding it, but that the members should not allow it. I firmly believe that whoever is elected in a particular office is ordained by God. We get who we deserve. Preachers in politics are a turnoff to unbelievers. So preach the message of the Cross only. Its ok to encourage everyone to vote for who the voter thinks would be best for our country and communities Just leave it at that.

The prostitution of Christianity in America is tied to TAX EXEMPTION status. Media ministers are all millionaires. Yabbering-jabbering on radio and tv with bogus pleas, as money mongering men like Benny Hinn, and Dr. James Dobson employ 7,000 people in Colorado Springs.
I happen to be a Christian.

Alright, America was founded on the Christian faith. At one point, there was the statistic of more Christians' in America then any other Religion. All these other so-called Religions only came about in the 1800's+ they just say it's been around forvever.

Because we have allowed the secular humanists get control of our country. If America is ever to be saved from secular humanism,Christians must band together and get involved and return it back the country our forefathers meant for it to be...a strong Christian nation under God.
All Christians should read "Mind Siege" by Tim Lahaye. He tells us how our once great country has fallen into the hands of humanists, and how we as Christians can take back our country.

Politics did not slip into Christianity, the entrepreneurs of Christianity smelled the possibility of control and crashed into politics on full Bay and slobbering for power.

the 2 are interchangable.
part of it is the freedom that we have. when people have the right to vote then they have the right to vote on people that see things their way.
religion is the strongest motivational drug that there is. if you cater to the religious majority then the majority is likely to vote for you, thus we end up with religious men running our country and passing laws to continue to get the votes from the religious majority.
