I call em Cancre 'pronounced kanker' sores
Cancre sores are caused from spicy or acidic foods and they are pretty painful too.

They are called taste buds.....they are what allow you taste your food and distinguish what taste sweet, tangy, sour, or just flat out delicious.

try seeing a doctor first
ulcerations do not look like bumps but more of craters

you might have oral thrush, a form of candidiasis
