you want to change your daughters schedule before this Monday?

This may be difficult, but the truth is, it may take about a month or so.
In my experience (mom of 3 teens) a 2 year old should be in bed not later than 8pm. You can accomplish this by ensuring that they are well fed at supper time, have a nice drink or bottle of milk afterward (preferably warm), and maybe a small healthy snack at about 7:00. Give her a nice warm bath at 7:15pm. dress in warm jammies, settle in for some cozy books and a cuddle and maybe a soft lullaby or 2, then tuck her in by 8, turn off the light and say "I love you so much, good night"

My kids are 13, 15 and 18, and as youngsters always had set bedtimes (except on very rare occations like a family celebration). Sticking to a routine and bedtime establishes firm foundations of security in children. You will have a much calmer, stable child if you follow a routine and start it now.

Get her up in time to feed her and dress her without rushing her in the morning if you work in the morning. If you dont work in the morning, dont wake her. Most 2 yr olds still need about 10-13 hr of sleep and if your daughter is taking naps now... let her continue - she will stop when she no longer needs them.

Just whatever you do...keep her going to bed at the same time (even if she naps one day and normally doesnt nap) - the consistency will help set her biological clock. She will need a lot of sleep...dont deprive her to fit your schedule if possible.

Holy smokes! Monday huh? Well, I would make sure you start her bedtime routine at around 8:30. Teeth brushed, bath, book, ect. 8 am would give her a good night's sleep but, she is still going to need a nap. I think about 14 hrs of sleep is about what they need at that age. Make naptime a routine also. Give her lunch and then nap.

I think that you should get her to bed by 8pm. i don't know what time to wake her up because i don't know if she is going to a babysitters and what time you have to leave for work. maybe get her up a half hour before you leave for work. And then i think she should have a nap maybe around 2 or 3.

get her up and going doing the same routine every day. If she normally takes a nap...try to get her down the same time for it every day.
Routine is key...kids need it.
