Health food stores should carry the oil itself.
If you need it for something medicinal, even a Meijer should carry a variant. It's become common in use for gastrointestinal soothing.

I don't know anything about Chicago but a lot of grocery stores do sell it. Around here it usually somewhere close to the vanilla in the baking aisle. Good luck!
