the brown spot is not exactly on my chin but a little below my bottom lip, so its like in the middle of my lips and chin.
its brown, not bumpy, just brown what is it? i tried putting lotion for couple of days but no improvement, its like a stain.

Probably a sun spot- see a dermatologist about this if you want to have it removed. If the edges are even and it's not bumpy there is nothing to worry about- it is not cancerous.
