ok does any know how to change the eye color of a picture.. like eye color is brown and the background gray?

i really tried lookin on the internet for stuff like this but it just wanted me to download crap and mess up my computer so someone help me out please...

Your's is a fair and honest question. But are you talking about a painting (in which case an artist can simply change the color of the eyes by re-painting them) or a photograph? If you're asking about how to alter a photograph then you'll get very helpful tips by asking this question the the photography section instead.
