I need a new routine same old ab workouts dont do much. is the key. please give ur knowledge of ab training and I will be forever greatful

For me I find that it is a rowing maching. You can get killer abs doing that and the beauty of it is that you work the rest of your body while you are at it. I mean do you want abs and nothing else.
Rowing will do it all
